Using your own domains (or avoiding "via/on behalf of" message in Gmail) - setting up SPF and DKIM

System by default uses its own domains to send out emails. This is to have an isolated and solid email reputation score for your IPs and thus by improving email deliverability. This is why you will be seeing  a "via" or "on bahlf of" message like below in gmail when you receive an email through our system.

Though, it's possible to send emails using your own domains through our system. For this, you have to add and verify your sending domain(s). You can add them under Dashboard >  Domains> Sending domains . You will have to add two records to your domain's DNS to complete the verification process. Note that, you cannot use a custom DKIM key to sign your emails at present, but we are working on having this functionality soon.
