Refund policy


We provide a “Forever Free Plan” for everyone to try out the product and services before committing to any paid plans. That's the way you can check if we meet your expectations or not. If you're not happy with the services, you can wait until you feel that we've improved before choosing a paid plan.

So, we don't normally provide refunds since there is a free plan to try out. Though, we do refund our customers for valid reasons – any technical error or failing to meet SLAs are examples. In such cases, contact us through any of the below methods and get an acknowledgement from us within 15 days after the payment is made.

Though, the final decision will be made by the company regarding the refunds. We will definitely take necessary steps to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

1. Create a support ticket. Go to dashboard > Support tickets and create a ticket under sales department. (Recommended way)
